Come along and experience the blissful feelings and self-healing benefits of Qigong (pronounced chee gong) in this tranquil candle-lit class.
We will practice gentle stretches and flowing exercises to clear physical, emotional and mental stress.
When Qi (life force energy) is flowing freely through the body, we feel more physically energised, mentally clear, emotionally balanced, and spiritually connected.
Our class will finish with a guided meditation (both mats and chairs will be available) to help us fully integrate and embody the elevated, life-affirming energies we have cultivated.
