If you're experiencing low mood, depression, grief, sadness, or feeling flat, depleted or uninspired, this Qi Gong workshop can help you.
'Qi' means "aliveness" and Qi Gong (pronounced chee gong) is the art of cultivating more aliveness within.
In Qi Gong, there is nothing wrong with 'negative' emotions, as they can be transformed into something useful. Like a gardener putting compost on the soil to grow beautiful flowers, Qi Gong views negative emotions as being the fertiliser that helps us grow in consciousness.
More than 3000 years old, Qi Gong is one of the branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine - a holistic approach to healthcare focused on increasing vitality and preventing illness.
In this workshop, you'll be introduced to tools and techniques that energise, nourish and align the mind, heart, body and spirit.
You'll practice conscious breathing, clearing exercises and healing sounds to release the heavy energy of your past so that it no longer defines your present or dictates your future.
You'll learn how to harness more lightness, courage, inspiration and joy, and re-ignite your inner flame.
