Qigong for Manifesting

In this workshop, you'll learn how to tap into "the energetic field of infinite possibilities" and boost your manifesting power!

Discover how to skillfully work with your Qi (energy) and your Yi (intention) to:

* become clear on what you want and line up all your energetic resources in the same direction

* break through past conditioning, inner resistance and other energy blockages that stand in the way of your dreams

* tune into positive high-vibrational states, where manifesting happens more easily

* use 'embodied affirmations' to become magnetic to your desires

* transform the frustration and impatience of 'waiting' for your goals to manifest into relaxation, surrender and trust

Qi Gong (pronounced chee gung) is the 'Self Care' branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine, designed to prevent disease and prolong life, by enhancing the flow of positive energy through the body.

In this workshop, you'll experience gentle yet powerful Qi Gong practices, based on ancient Taoist wisdom teachings, including breathwork, energy activations, slow flowing movements and guided meditation. No prior Qi Gong experience is necessary.

Kerrie Womersley is the owner of Find Yourself Qigong & Coaching. As a Certified Advanced Holden Qi Gong Teacher, she has trained extensively with the internationally renowned Qi Gong expert, Lee Holden. ABOUT THE VENUE:

The workshop will be held in the The Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre which is part of the Tanks Art Centre Complex at 46 Collins Ave. Walk around the back of the Cafe/Gift Shop, and you'll find us in the 'mirrored' room next to the Toilets. Free Parking is available in Collins Ave and surrounding streets.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and bring a water bottle, journal/notebook and a pen/pencil.

Qi Gong is usually practised with bare feet and exercise mats will be provided to stand on, although you are welcome to bring your own.

There will also be chairs & stools available for those who prefer to practice seated Qi Gong.

OUR COVID-SAFE PLAN:

🌿 The restricted class size ensures that all participants are spaced at a “Covid-safe” distance apart.

🌿 Hand sanitiser is provided and everyone is asked to use it upon entry and exit.

🌿 Sanitised exercise mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

🌿 The water filter at the venue will not be available and participants are requested to bring their own water bottles.

🌿 The instructor teaches through demonstration and verbal cues and does not perform physical adjustments (i.e. there is no touching).

🌿 As we continue to practice social-distancing, we request that you please refrain from hugging, hand-shaking and gathering less than 1.5 metres apart before and after the class.

🌿 Please do not attend if you feel unwell, have travelled overseas or to a Covid hotspot within Australia, or come in contact with a Covid-positive individual in the last 14 days.
