Qigong for Emotional Balance

SORRY, THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW SOLD OUT

To be put on the Wait-list, please email: kerrie@findyourselfnow.com

Qigong is an ancient practice of working with Life Force Energy.

Among its many healing applications, Qigong offers time-tested techniques for transforming ‘negative’ emotional energy into the positive emotions of love, joy and compassion.

In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to ‘5 Element Theory’ and the connection between emotions of certain vibrations and specific physical body organs, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine.

You’ll be shown how to release potentially harmful emotions through specific movements and breathing exercises, incorporating healing sounds and colours, as well as self-acupressure and tapping.

You’ll learn how to manage your emotional energy in a way that empowers you, rather than being overwhelmed or controlled by stress, fear, grief, impatience and worry.

Millions of people around the world practice Qigong to relieve stress, calm the mind, prevent illness and promote longevity.

By enhancing the flow of Qi through the meridian channels of the body, Qigong ‘opens you up’ to living more passionately and authentically, while staying firmly grounded in your centre.

Tickets: $49 Spaces limited. Pre-paid bookings only.
