Week 1 - Your Mind as a Sacred Treasure (October 9th)

This week, we begin by opening up our consciousness to the perspective that the mind is our gateway to the freedom, peace and happiness we seek. We will examine just how powerful the mind is and how to use it to create what you want to experience in your life. You will start to discern between what is ‘a story’ or ‘belief’ and what is the ‘higher truth’.

Week 2 – Your Heart as a Sacred Treasure (October 16th)

This week, we look at ways of re-orientating our heart energy internally, so that we become more attuned to our own heart’s wisdom and guidance.  Rather than needing external circumstances to be a certain way in order to ‘feel good’, learn how to be the master of your heart energy and claim the love, joy and fulfillment that is your birthright.

Week 3 – Your Body as a Sacred Treasure (October 23rd)

This week, we focus on our physical body and ways of cultivating a deep appreciation for the sacred vessel that we inhabit. You will be invited to consider what your life here on Earth is about from the perspective of your Soul. We will explore a variety of self-care and ‘grounding’ practices that lead to greater self-love and knowing and living your purpose.

Week 4 – Expressing your Divine True Nature (October 30th)

This week, we focus on becoming ‘whole’ by integrating all aspects of who we are. You will be guided to look deep into your heart and soul and make choices from a place of alignment with your Divine True Nature. We will also re-visit some of the key concepts and practices that can help you deepen your spiritual connection and create positive change in your everyday life.

As a participant in this Find Yourself Now Level 1 course, you will:

  • Become more intimately acquainted with your infinite ‘energy body’ through Qigong, an ancient practice that connects you to the energies of Heaven, Earth & Nature and the life-force that flows through you.

  • Learn how to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) as a “go to” self-help tool whenever you get stuck in a loop of negative thinking or feel overwhelmed by uncomfortable emotions.

  • Expand your consciousness to invoke the support of Divine Beings and Spirit Guides and take part in powerful ’Saraswati Healing’ sessions with Angels and Ascended Masters.

  • Strengthen your connection to your Higher Self through ‘Channeled Writing’ so that you can access higher guidance throughout your daily life to keep you on your Soul’s path.

  • Receive a comprehensive Course Manual, with guided exercises to complete both during and between classes.

Class Dates and Times:

2.30pm - 5.30pm on 4 consecutive Sundays - STARTING 9th OCTOBER and continuing 16th, 23rd and 30th October.

Investment: Early Bird Price - $240 (For payments by 20th September)

Regular Price - $280 (For payments after 20th September unless booked out)

About the Teacher:

Kerrie Womersley is the founder of Find Yourself Qigong & Coaching. She is a Certified Advanced Holden Qigong Teacher, Emotional Freedom Techniques Master Practitioner, Soul Realignment Advanced Practitioner and Saraswati Healing Practitioner.

About the Venue:

The workshop will be held in the The Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre at 64 Collins Ave (part of the Tanks Art Centre Complex). Walk around the back of the Cafe/Gift Shop, and you'll find us in the 'mirrored' room next to the Toilets. Free Parking is available in Collins Ave and surrounding streets.

What to Wear/Bring:

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement. Bring a water bottle and a yoga/exercise mat if you have one. (If you would like to borrow a mat, please request this prior to the start of the course.) You may also like to bring a cushion or shawl for meditation.

Please bring a journal/notebook and something to write with.

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds or partial refunds will be given for cancellations or “no shows”. In extenuating circumstances only, ‘exchange credit’ may be offered at the discretion of the organiser, provided adequate notice is given prior to the course start date.
