What to expect…

How would your life transform if you could fill yourself up with love and joy whenever you choose to?

This workshop is for anyone who wants to embody a sense of self-appreciation and self-compassion that is not dependent on anything or anyone outside of yourself.

You might be completely new to Qigong or you may have been practicing for awhile. You might be a long-time ‘spiritual seeker’ who wishes to experience a more tangible connection to your Divine essence.

Self-love begins with good self-care. In this 2-hour experiential workshop, you'll learn how to:

💖 Feel your Qi (Life-force energy)

💖 Connect with the energy of the Earth, Universe and Nature.

💖 Clear heavy or ‘negative’ energy (including energy from the past) from your personal energy field.

💖 Fill yourself up with positive energy of the highest vibration.

💖 Orientate your heart energy ‘inward’ and direct loving kindness toward yourself.

💖 Maintain inner harmony and self-appreciation no matter what others do or say.

This workshop will include standing Qigong exercises and guided meditation that can be done sitting or lying down. You’ll practice breathing techniques, energy activations, clearing exercises and mindful flowing movements.

No prior Qigong experience is necessary.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:

Kerrie Womersley is the owner of Find Yourself Qigong & Coaching. She is a Certified Advanced Holden Qi Gong Teacher, and has trained extensively with the internationally renowned Master Lee Holden. Kerrie teaches a modern, easy-to-follow, principles-based style of Qigong.

ABOUT THE VENUE:

The workshop will be held in the The Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre which is part of the Tanks Art Centre Complex at 64 Collins Ave. Walk around the back of the Cafe/Gift Shop, and you'll find us in the 'mirrored' room next to the Toilets. Free Parking is available in Collins Ave and surrounding streets.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and bring a water bottle and a yoga/exercise mat. (If you’d like to borrow a mat, please let Kerrie know prior to the day.)
