These days, with our attention and our energy often scattered and pulled in different directions, many of us are living in a heightened state of stress and anxiety. 

It’s a far cry from our ideal natural inner state – which is one of tranquility, being centred, and balanced. 

In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn time-honoured Qi Gong practices to help you become more skillful at tuning into and managing your life-force energy, improving your ability to cope with the stresses of modern life. 

You’ll practice breathing exercises and gentle flowing movements to calm your nervous system, and learn about healing sounds and acupressure points to help clear emotional tension and other people’s negative energy. 

You’ll go away with tools and techniques to help you become less prone to stress and anxiety and more in control of your response to external triggers.
