SELF-HELP ENERGY HEALING WORKSHOP

This two-hour experiential workshop is designed to help you become more aware of your 'energy body', its influence on your well-being, and your innate healing potential.

You will be introduced to two powerful, transformative practices: 
Qi Gong and EFT/Tapping - both which enhance the flow of your life-force energy.

• Qi Gong is the 'Self-Care' branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It focuses on releasing stress, preventing illness and increasing longevity. Qi Gong harmonises the energy of mind, heart and body in a way that brings about a deeper sense of connection, knowing and purpose.

You will learn a simple and effective 20-minute daily Qi Gong routine to balance your Yin/Yang energy, which you can then "take away" and do at home as a daily practice.

You will also learn the Inner Smile Meditation to transform negative emotions into positive, vital energy.

• EFT, which stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a form of Qi Gong modernised by Western psychology. It involves tapping on the end points of meridians on the body. 

You will be guided through the EFT tapping points, and shown how to use this self-help tool to release stress and take control of areas of your life where you feel stuck.

All welcome! This is an introductory workshop & no prior experience of Qi Gong is required.
