Imagine living in a state of balance, aligned with your 'true nature', and trusting yourself enough to recognise and act on the nudges of your soul.
In this experiential workshop, we'll take a deep dive into Qi Gong as a doorway to accelerated personal development and spiritual growth.
Qi Gong is the 'self-care' branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and The Three Treasures are Jing (the intelligent energy of the body), Qi (the intelligent energy of the heart) and Shen (the intelligent energy of the mind/consciousness).
Qi Gong is a direct and skillful approach to harmonising these 'energetic gifts' that you were born with, so that the wisdom within you can flow unrestricted, and you can bring forth your unique talents into the world.
You'll be introduced to ancient Taoist teachings including ‘The Microcosmic Orbit’ - a technique which increases the circulation of life force energy throughout your entire being, helping you tune into divine wisdom and universal knowledge.
This workshop is suitable for beginners as well as people with some Qi Gong experience who wish to deepen their practice.
